European photographer (b. 1983) from Lake Como, Italy and currently residing in Tokyo, Japan.

Life’s imperfect flow constantly shapes the forms and geometries of our world. Through the lens, I observe the transitional spaces in daily life, revealing the ephemeral movements that occur between moments.

Photography returns a melancholic silence, showing the interplay of light and darkness — mirroring how presence and absence chase each other in reality’s tension. My work seeks to expand the liminal space, embracing life’s continuity in all its unpredictable manifestations.

The enigma lies in the immanence of the world, here and now; all we can do is confront it.

I work with both film and digital media, using 35mm format and instant cameras. Small and fast cameras let me respond instinctively to fleeting moments. Likewise I craft small prints to be held and contemplated, fostering an intimate dialogue that larger formats cannot offer.
